About Brooke Fowler

I am a fourth generation REALTOR with the energy, drive and patience to guide my clients through the home buying & selling process. At the young and eager age of 20, I got licensed and haven’t looked back. Real Estate quickly grew from being a "job" into my passion. It’s in my blood; my great grandfather, grandma, grandpa, and mom have all been in the real estate business. Whether it was tagging along on listing appointments, sitting in on buyer consultations or running around my mom’s brokerage I was destined to be an agent before even knowing.

I strive to be the very best at what what I do by always making certain each transaction is completed with the utmost professionalism, doing it with enthusiasm and a positive outlook! I'll work hard to get my clients the best deal possible, making sure communication is key & taking my time to search for the perfect home for them.

Most of my days are spent previewing homes, negotiating contracts, attending home inspections or passing keys over to new happy homeowners! When I'm not spending the days with my amazing clients, I'm soaking up the Havasu life. Since moving out here from Washington State in 2009, I have been finding new ways to fall in love with the Mohave Desert.

At the end of the day, I get to come home to a super supportive husband (Jacob), an energetic son (Ezra) and our sweet daughter (Ozzie). Jacob is a long time Lake Havasu City resident surrounded by many friends and family. He grew up riding dirt bikes and anything offroad. When our family isn't playing in the desert you will find us cruising on the lake enjoying the miles of shorelines! We are fortunate enough to have both families living in the same town who share similar interests and love for this gorgeous place.
